Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the VideoNook mobile app and its companion service ("the service"), operated by Muhammed Taha İkiz. By using VideoNook you agree to these terms.
The service
VideoNook lets parents curate YouTube content — playlists, channels, and individual videos — for their children to watch inside the app. Videos are played through the official YouTube player; VideoNook does not host, copy, or re-distribute any video content.
Accounts
- Sign-in is available to parents/guardians via a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your device and parent PIN secure.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app; this removes your synced data from our servers.
YouTube
VideoNook uses YouTube API Services. By using the service you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Content availability is determined by YouTube and the respective content owners; VideoNook has no control over the videos' availability or their content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it in violation of applicable law or of YouTube's terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Parents choose the content; VideoNook does not review or endorse the videos made available through YouTube. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
